乳腺背景实质强化与月经状态、月经周期及乳腺纤维腺体组织含量关系的研究

【摘要】:目的探讨乳腺增强磁共振背景实质强化(BPE)与月经状态、月经周期及乳腺纤维腺体组织(FGT)含量之间的关系。方法回顾性分析150例女性受检者的乳腺动态增强磁共振成像(DCE-MRI)资料。根据月经状态(绝经前和绝经后)及受检时所处月经周期的周数(1~4周)将受检者分组。BPE分为四级:极少量、少量、中等量、大量。在DCE-MRI扫描早期(89 s)定性评估BPE,在早期及晚期(449 s)定量计算双侧乳腺背景实质强化的增长率(BPER=SI_(post)-S_(Ipre)/SI_(pre)),并与FGT含量进行相关性分析。结果 BPE与月经状态之间具有明显相关性(r=0.677),绝经前组BPER高于绝经后组,两者差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。绝经前、后组的BPE与FGT含量之间均呈弱相关性(r=0.321)。月经周期后半阶段(第3、4周)定性BPE及定量BPER较前半阶段(第1、2周)高。增强晚期BPER高于早期,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。双侧乳腺BPER的差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 BPE与月经状态之间具有明显相关性(绝经后女性强化低于绝经前)。BPE与月经周期具有明显相关性;在月经周期的前半阶段(第1~2周),BPE较低,推荐在此期间进行乳腺MRI检查。FGT含量与BPE之间没有明显相关性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between mammary gland enhanced magnetic resonance imaging background background enhancement and menstrual status. Relationship between menstrual cycle and the content of FGTs in fibrous glands of mammary glands. Methods DCE-MRI data of 150 female subjects were analyzed retrospectively. The qualitative BPE and quantitative BPER were higher in the second half of the menstrual cycle (3 ~ 4 weeks) than in the first half period (1 ~ 2 weeks). The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in bilateral breast BPER. Conclusion there is a significant correlation between BPE and menstrual state (postmenopausal women's enhancement is lower than that of premenopausal women's. BPE and menstrual cycle. During the first half of the menstrual cycle (the 1st week 2 weeks), it is recommended that there is no significant correlation between the breast MRI examination and BPE during the first half of the menstrual cycle.
