类风湿关节炎并寰枢关节脱位死亡1例并文献复习

【摘要】：正类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)并寰枢椎关节脱位并不少见,但未引起广泛重视,现报道本病致死亡的病案1例,并对相关文献进行复习。1病例资料患者,女,59岁。因反复多关节肿痛10年余,再发伴头痛3 d于2015年12月21日入院。患者10余年前无明显诱因出现多关节痛,渐起指间关节、腕关节、肘关节、双侧肩关节、膝关节、颞下颌关节疼痛,对称性,以双侧腕膝关节明
[Abstract]:Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and atlantoaxial dislocation are not uncommon, but they have not attracted much attention. One case of death caused by rheumatoid arthritis is reported. The woman was 59 years old. She was admitted to hospital on December 21st 2015 because of multiple joint swelling and pain for more than 10 years. The patient had no obvious inducement of multiple joint pain more than 10 years ago, and developed interphalangeal joint, wrist joint, elbow joint, bilateral shoulder joint and knee joint.
