成人股骨颈骨折的研究进展

【摘要】：股骨颈骨折是最常见的骨折之一,老龄化社会的进程不断加快,导致股骨颈骨折也呈现上升趋势。医务工作者也越来越重视对股骨颈骨折的研究。从病因、诊断、治疗、预后等方面有了长足进步。其常用治疗方法有保守治疗和手术治疗,后者又包括内固定治疗和髋关节置换。现阶段对于青壮年的股骨颈骨折,应用动力髋螺钉和空心加压螺钉较为普遍,其中稳定性骨折应用空心钉治疗已经成为共识,而不稳定骨折的治疗争议较大;对于老年患者,应用髋关节置换较多。本文将针对股骨颈骨折的各方面最新研究进展进行综述。
[Abstract]:Fracture of the femoral neck fracture is one of the most common, the aging society continues to accelerate the process, leading to increased femoral neck fractures. Medical workers also pay more attention to the research of femoral neck fractures. The etiology, diagnosis, treatment, prognosis and other aspects have made great progress. The commonly used treatment methods include conservative treatment and operation the treatment, the latter including internal fixation and hip replacement. At this stage for young adult femoral neck fracture, dynamic hip screw and cannulated screws is more common, the stability of fracture with hollow screw in the treatment has become a consensus, but the treatment of unstable fractures are controversial; for elderly patients with hip replacement more application this paper will review. According to the latest research progress of the femoral neck fracture.
