早发型脊柱侧弯的治疗研究与新进展

【摘要】:背景:早发型脊柱侧弯是一种严重危害幼儿脊柱生长及心肺功能发育的疾病,该病的治疗向来是许多临床科研工作者关注的焦点。目的:分析早发型脊柱侧弯的治疗方法,重点对早发型脊柱侧弯的脊柱融合、脊柱非融合、传统生长棒技术及磁控生长棒技术进行了探讨。方法:检索PubM ed、CENTRAL、EMbase、the ISI Web of Knowledge Databases、VIP、CNKI、CBM和万方数据库从建库至2016年3月相关文献。英文检索词:scoliosis,growing rod,complications;中文检索词:脊柱侧弯,生长棒,并发症。对纳入的54篇文献进行分析讨论。结果与结论:对于早发型脊柱侧弯患儿,不仅需要有效的矫正脊柱畸形,还需要保持脊柱的生长能力,缓解胸廓对胸腔内脏器的压迫,进而维持心肺功能。早发型脊柱侧弯的治疗,除了传统的保守治疗,手术治疗(脊柱融合术,生长棒技术等),还包括一种新型的体外磁控生长棒技术。全面了解外科治疗对早发型脊柱侧弯患儿脊柱生长及心肺功能的影响,将有助于防止相关并发症的发生,以获得较好的治疗效果。
[Abstract]:Background: early onset scoliosis is a disease that seriously endangers the growth of spine and the development of cardiopulmonary function. The treatment of early onset scoliosis has always been the focus of many clinical researchers. Objective: to analyze the treatment of early onset scoliosis. Focus on early onset scoliosis spinal fusion, spinal non-fusion, Methods: the traditional growth bar technique and the magnetically controlled growth bar technique were studied. Methods: the ISI Web of Knowledge databases VIPVICBM and the relevant documents of Wanfang database were searched from the establishment of the database to March 2016. The English key words were: Scoliosissis chinensis growth problems; Chinese key words: scoliosis, growth rod, Complications. 54 articles included were analyzed and discussed. Results and conclusions: for children with early onset scoliosis, it is necessary not only to correct the deformities of the spine effectively, but also to maintain the growth ability of the spine. The treatment of early onset scoliosis, in addition to traditional conservative treatment, surgical treatment (spinal fusion, Growth rod technology, including a new in vitro magnetically controlled growth rod technique, will help prevent related complications by comprehensively understanding the effects of surgical treatment on spinal growth and cardiopulmonary function in children with early onset scoliosis. In order to obtain better therapeutic effect.
