全身振动训练对前交叉韧带损伤重建术后患者下肢运动控制的影响

【摘要】:目的:研究全身振动训练对膝关节前交叉韧带损伤(ACL)重建术后患者下肢肌力和运动控制的影响。方法:选取符合纳入标准的40例前交叉韧带损伤重建术后患者为研究对象,所有患者术后12周进行常规康复训练。第13周开始将患者用数字法随机分为对照组和试验组,每组20例。对照组继续给予常规康复训练,试验组在对照组的基础上,加入每天1次,每次10min,每周5次,持续4周的全身振动训练。两组患者第12周和第16周,均进行等速肌力测试训练系统膝关节屈伸肌群的峰力矩、拮抗肌比值检测和动态平衡仪中本体感觉评估。结果:1两组患者膝关节屈伸峰力矩,治疗前后和治疗后组间对比均有显著性差异(P0.05);2两组患者动态平衡测试的平均轨迹误差值,治疗前后和治疗后组间对比有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:全身振动训练能够促进ACL重建术后患者的下肢肌力和运动控制的恢复。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of whole body vibration training on lower limb muscle strength and motor control in patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury (ACLL) reconstruction. Methods: 40 patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury (ACL) reconstruction were selected as subjects. All patients received routine rehabilitation training 12 weeks after operation. At the 13th week, the patients were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the experimental group, 20 cases in each group. The control group continued to receive routine rehabilitation training, and the experimental group was based on the control group. The whole body vibration training was performed once a day for 10 minutes, 5 times a week for 4 weeks. The peak torque of flexion and extensor muscle group of knee joint was measured by isokinetic muscle force test system in both groups at week 12 and week 16. Results there were significant differences in the peak moment of knee joint flexion and extension between the two groups before and after treatment and the comparison between the two groups before and after treatment. Conclusion: the whole body vibration training can promote the recovery of lower limb muscle strength and movement control after ACL reconstruction.
