腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗老年急性阑尾炎的疗效

【摘要】：目的探讨腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗老年急性阑尾炎的疗效及影响。方法 134例老年急性阑尾炎患者,其中开腹组51例行开腹阑尾切除术,腹腔镜组83例行腹腔镜阑尾切除术。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、病理类型、肛门排气时间、住院时间、生活质量评分以及并发症发生率。结果腹腔镜组手术时间、术中出血量、病理类型与开腹组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。腹腔镜组肛门排气时间、住院时间、生活质量评分、并发症发生率均明显优于开腹组。结论采用腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗老年急性阑尾炎相比开腹手术有明显优势,具有很好的临床应用价值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of laparoscopic appendectomy on senile acute appendicitis.Methods 134 elderly patients with acute appendicitis were treated with open appendectomy (51 cases) and laparoscopic appendectomy (83 cases).The operative time, intraoperative bleeding volume, pathological type, anal exhaust time, hospitalization time, quality of life score and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results there was no significant difference in operative time, blood loss and pathological type between laparoscopy group and laparotomy group (P 0.05).The anus exhaust time, hospitalization time, quality of life score and complication rate in laparoscopic group were significantly better than those in laparotomy group.Conclusion Laparoscopic appendectomy is superior to open operation in the treatment of senile acute appendicitis.
