结直肠择期手术前机械性肠道准备必要性的Meta分析

【摘要】：目的讨论结直肠择期手术前机械性肠道准备(MBP)的必要性。方法检索2003~2013年Pub Med、EMbase、Cochrane图书馆、维普数据库、相关期刊论文、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库等中外文数据库。检索范围为所有关于结直肠手术前MBP的随机对照试验(RCT),并进行Meta分析。结果纳入15个随机对照试验,共5 218例病人,其中MBP组2 684例,无肠道准备组(non-MBP)2 534例。两组吻合口漏发生率〔OR=1.05,95%CI(0.79,1.39),P=0.73〕、切口感染率〔OR=0.90,95%CI(0.74,1.09),P=0.27〕、腹腔脓肿发生率〔OR=0.88,95%CI(0.56,1.37),P=0.57〕、脓毒血症发生率〔OR=1.01,95%CI(0.55,1.86),P=0.97〕、术后肠梗阻发生率〔OR=0.71,95%CI(0.42,1.12),P=0.21〕、死亡率〔OR=1.12,95%CI(0.72,1.73),P=0.62〕等差异无统计学意义。结论结直肠择期手术前不行MBP是安全可靠的。
[Abstract]:Objective to discuss the necessity of mechanical intestinal preparation (MBP) before elective colorectal surgery.Methods Chinese and foreign language databases such as Pub Medbase Cochrane Library, Weip Database, Chinese Journal Full-text Database, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database and Wanfang Database were searched from 2003 to 2013.The range of search was all randomized controlled trials of MBP before colorectal surgery, and Meta analysis was performed.Results A total of 5 218 patients were enrolled in 15 randomized controlled trials, including 2 684 cases in MBP group and 2 534 cases in non-MBP group without intestinal preparation.涓ょ粍鍚诲悎鍙ｆ紡鍙戠敓鐜囥，
