“临床”之我见——以神经外科学为例

【摘要】：当今科学技术迅猛发展,医疗设备层出不穷,不断更新,无疑对医学的发展产生巨大的推动作用。随着信息科学普及、互联网时代的到来和生活工作节奏加快,越来越多的临床医务人员远离临床而偏重于影像学、检验结果,甚至推崇采用互联网对患者作出诊断与治疗。如此趋势,易对患者产生误诊,影响疗效,甚至导致医疗纠纷的发生。现就"临床"之涵义,结合神经外科学谈谈笔者之拙见。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the rapid development of science and technology, medical equipment is constantly updated, which undoubtedly plays an important role in promoting the development of medicine.With the popularization of information science, the advent of the Internet era and the quickening pace of life and work, more and more clinical medical personnel pay more and more attention to imaging, test results and even advocate the use of the Internet to diagnose and treat patients.Such a trend, easy to misdiagnose patients, affect the efficacy, and even lead to medical disputes.In this paper, the author's views on the meaning of "clinical" are discussed in combination with neurosurgery.
