斑马鱼模型在常见骨疾病研究中的应用

【摘要】：斑马鱼作为一种新型的脊椎模式生物,近年来在人类疾病模型中已广泛应用,特别是在人类骨疾病模型的研究中已显示出优势,如在疾病的相关基因及其功能表达和药效筛选评价等方面。这对于在骨疾病领域发挥特色疗效的传统医药而言,也具有重大的现实意义。本文就斑马鱼在骨质疏松、骨折、骨关节炎等常见骨疾病中的研究应用进行综述,以便给未来的临床相关研究提供一定的思路。
[Abstract]:Zebrafish as a new vertebrate model organism, in recent years in the human disease model has been widely used, especially in the study on the model of human bone diseases has shown advantages, such as the genes related to diseases and its functional expression and pharmacodynamic screening evaluation. The play featured effect in the field of traditional Chinese medicine bone disease also, it has great practical significance. In this paper, the zebrafish fracture in osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, research and application of common bone disease are reviewed in this article, in order to give clinical future research to provide a way of thinking.
