【摘要】:正不同组织的弹性模量有差异;同一种组织在不同的生理状态下的弹性模量往往也有差异;同一组织,病变部位和正常部位的弹性模量同样也具有很大差异~[1]。因此通过相应设备检测人体肌肉的弹性,有利于肌肉病变的早期诊断。近些年来,MRE、US两种技术日趋成熟,其缺点也日益显现。而国内外关于Myoton PRO肌肉测试仪弹性测量的相关研究及报道甚少。现将该3种设备做以下概述。1磁共振弹性成像磁共振弹性成像(magnetic resonance elastography,
