预判性加温在老年经尿道前列腺电切术患者麻醉苏醒期的应用效果

【摘要】:目的探讨预判性加温措施对老年经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)患者苏醒期应用的可行性及效果。方法便利取样法选择老年行TURP患者82例,其中40例为研究组,42例为对照组。对照组给予一般保暖措施,如保证室温恒定,体温检测,寒战患者给予复温措施。研究组在此基础上给予充气式加温毯保温,输注液体加温。记录两组苏醒时间、生命体征波动程度及寒战发生率。结果对照组低体温状态恢复较慢,苏醒时间延长,生命体征较术前波动范围大,麻醉苏醒室(PACU)停留时间长。研究组带有人工气道时间有所缩短,苏醒后生命体征平稳,并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P0.05)。结论全麻苏醒期预判性加温措施能够缩短老年经TURP患者苏醒时间,减少术后并发症的发生,同时提高患者舒适感与满意度。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the feasibility and effect of preset warming in the recovery period of elderly patients with transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP).Methods 82 elderly patients with TURP were selected by convenient sampling method, 40 of them were in study group and 42 in control group.The control group was given general warming measures, such as constant room temperature, body temperature test, and rewarming measures for shivering patients.On this basis, the study group gave inflatable heating blanket heat preservation, infusion of liquid heating.The recovery time, the degree of fluctuation of vital signs and the incidence of shivering were recorded.Results in the control group, the recovery of hypothermia was slower, the recovery time was longer, the range of vital signs was larger than that before operation, and the stay time of PACUA in anaesthesia recovery room was longer.The time of artificial airway in the study group was shortened, the vital signs were stable and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05).Conclusion Predictive warming during the recovery period of general anesthesia can shorten the recovery time of elderly patients with TURP, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and improve the comfort and satisfaction of the patients.
