肺透明变性肉芽肿一例报道

【摘要】：目的提高对肺透明变性肉芽肿的认识。方法回顾性分析2015-12-03于山东省曲阜师范大学医院就诊的1例肺透明变性肉芽肿的临床资料,总结其诊治经验。结果该患者有轻微的呼吸道症状,抗炎治疗无效。通过包括经皮肺穿刺活检术等检查后,均未能确诊,后在胸腔镜下行右肺病变局部切除术,病理结果证实为肺透明变性肉芽肿。予以糖皮质激素治疗,很快好转。结论对于临床上影像学表现为双肺多发或单发的结节,且结节密度较低,包膜完整的患者应想到可能为肺透明变性肉芽肿,必要时尽早行结节切除术,该疾病目前仍需病理学检查最终确诊。
[Abstract]:Objective to improve the understanding of hyaline granuloma of lung.Methods the clinical data of a case of hyaline degeneration granulomatosis in Qufu normal University Hospital of Shandong Province from May to March 2015-12 were analyzed retrospectively and the experience of diagnosis and treatment was summarized.Results the patient had mild respiratory symptoms and was ineffective in anti-inflammatory therapy.The right lung lesion was locally resected by thoracoscopy, which was proved to be hyaline granuloma.Give glucocorticoid treatment, improve quickly.Conclusion for the patients with multiple or single pulmonary nodules with low nodular density and intact capsule, it should be considered as hyaline granulomatous lung, and nodule resection should be performed as soon as necessary.The disease still needs a final diagnosis by pathological examination.
