MUC1在肝内胆管结石病的表达及其临床意义

【摘要】：目的:探讨肝内胆管结石病变胆管MUC1表达情况及与CA199表达有无相关性。方法:收集肝内胆管结石手术标本46例作为实验组,选取肝脏血管瘤15例作为对照组,检测术前空腹外周血清MUC1及CA199,检测术后标本的MUC1表达。结果:实验组与对照组血清中MUCl及CA199表达差异有统计学意义,实验组及对照组标本中MUCl表达差异有统计学意义。结论:肝内胆管结石病人血液及胆管组织中MUC1表达较高。肝内胆管结石患者血清中MUC1及CA199可同时增高。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression of MUC1 in bile duct with intrahepatic cholelithiasis and its correlation with CA199 expression.Methods: 46 cases of intrahepatic cholelithiasis were collected as experimental group and 15 cases of hepatic hemangioma as control group. Fasting peripheral blood plasma MUC1 and CA199were detected before and after operation. The expression of MUC1 was detected after operation.Results: there were significant differences in the expression of MUCl and CA199 between the experimental group and the control group, and the expression of MUCl in the experimental group and the control group.Conclusion: the expression of MUC1 in blood and bile duct tissues of patients with intrahepatic cholelithiasis is higher.Serum MUC1 and CA199 in patients with intrahepatic cholelithiasis were increased simultaneously.
