玻璃酸钠配合补肾活血汤治疗肾虚血瘀型膝骨关节炎临床疗效分析

【摘要】：目的:探讨玻璃酸钠配合补肾活血汤治疗肾虚血瘀型膝骨关节炎临床疗效分析。方法:选取2015年3月至2016年6月就诊于新疆维吾尔自治区中医医院骨科门诊,诊断为膝关节骨性关节炎病人作为研究对象,年龄为50～75岁,符合纳入标准且已经过排除标准筛查,告知患者病情病签署知情同意书,其中单膝患者130例,双膝患者40例,共210例膝,根据患者年龄、性别、病程、X线分级进行分层,对所有患者进行治疗前评定,差异无统计学意义后,采用随机数字表对患者进行标号,然后根据表格数据随机抽取各层内人数,大致平均纳入实验组与观察组。患者数据处理层间个体统计学没有明显差异。结果:补肾活血汤配合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗肾虚血瘀型膝骨关节炎具有确切满意的疗效,总有效率大于90%,疗效实验组优于观察组。治疗后两组患者膝关节疼痛症状均有所改善,实验组改善状况明显优于观察组。结论:膝关节功能评分显著提升。研究数据经统计学处理,两组膝关节临床表现症状、Lequesne膝关节的功能评分在治疗之前没有显著性差异(P0. 05),具有可比性,治疗后两组之间的比较具有显著性差异(P0. 01)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the clinical curative effect of sodium hyaluronate combined with Bushen Huoxue decoction in treating knee osteoarthritis with kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Methods: from March 2015 to June 2016, patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected from orthopaedic clinic of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital as study subjects, aged 50 to 75 years.The patients were informed to sign informed consent, including 130 patients with single knee and 40 patients with double knee. According to age, sex and course of disease, 210 knees were stratified, and all patients were assessed before treatment.After the difference was not statistically significant, the patients were labeled with a random number table, and then randomly selected from each layer according to the data of the table, which was roughly included in the experimental group and the observation group on average.There was no significant difference in individual statistics between patient data processing layers.Results: Bushen Huoxue decoction combined with sodium hyaluronate injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type has a satisfactory effect, the total effective rate is more than 90, the experimental group is better than the observation group.After treatment, the symptoms of knee joint pain in both groups were improved, and the improvement of the experimental group was better than that of the observation group.Conclusion: knee function score was significantly improved.There was no significant difference in Lequesne knee function score between the two groups before treatment.There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment (P 0. 0).01C.
