【摘要】：右美托咪定是一种高选择性的α_2受体激动剂,研究表明其具有器官保护作用,近年来,其肺保护作用日益得到关注。作者就该药的药理学特点、肺保护作用及其机制等方面进行综述。
[Abstract]:Dexmetidine is a highly selective agonist of 伪-2 receptor, which has been shown to have organ protection and has attracted more and more attention in recent years. The pharmacological characteristics, pulmonary protective effect and mechanism of the drug were reviewed.
