力学失稳态导致骨关节炎的机制研究进展

【摘要】：骨关节炎是一种常见的关节软骨退行性疾病,力学失稳态是骨关节炎发病的较为经典的原因。力学失稳态可以通过直接损伤、诱导细胞凋亡和刺激炎症因子生成,来减少软骨细胞数量和破坏软骨细胞外基质,导致基质中的Ⅱ型胶原蛋白和蛋白多糖减少,使软骨发生退变,长期作用可导致骨关节炎的发生。因此,了解力学失稳态如何导致骨关节炎发生能更好地从力学角度改善骨关节炎的病程。
