【摘要】：背景:上眼睑成形术是老化面部年轻化手术领域最常应用的美容手术之一。尽管从手术技巧的角度来看不存在明显的限制性,但是上眼睑成形术仍然是一种需要对眼睑及其周围复杂的解剖学基础有一个全面认识的手术。目的:综述上眼睑成形术及其并发症的临床研究进展的相关资料,为今后的相关治疗方式及并发症处理提供参考。方法:应用计算机在PubMed、CNKI、SinoMed、万方等数据库中检索有关上眼睑成形术及其并发症的文献,检索词为“上眼睑成形术;皮肤松弛;眉下垂;眶周老化;上睑/眉区解剖;并发症”等。经阅读标题、摘要、全文,排除重复及不合标准文献。结果与结论:术中外科医生必须考虑到邻近区域的处理,特别是眉区,有时候需要另外的处理以获得最佳术后结果。术前需要进行彻底的病史和全身体格检查,同时坦诚地沟通患者的期望和外科医生解决这些问题的能力。当并发症出现时,及时适当的处理可以减轻其影响。
[Abstract]:Background: upper eyelid plasty is one of the most commonly used cosmetic procedures in the field of aging facial rejuvenation. Although there are no obvious limitations in terms of surgical techniques, upper eyelid plasty is still an operation that requires a comprehensive understanding of the complex anatomical basis of the eyelid and its surroundings. Objective: to review the clinical research progress of upper eyelid plasty and its complications, and to provide references for the treatment and treatment of complications. Methods: the computer was used to search the database of CNKI Sino Medand and other databases for the search of literature on upper eyelid plasty and its complications. The key words were "upper eyelid plasty; skin relaxation; eyebrow prolapse; periorbital aging; upper eyelid / eyebrow anatomy; complications". Read the title, abstract, full text, excluding duplication and substandard literature. Results & conclusion: the surgeon must take into account the treatment of adjacent areas, especially the eyebrow area, and sometimes need additional treatment to obtain the best postoperative results. A thorough history and a general physical examination are required before surgery, and a frank communication of patient expectations and the surgeon's ability to solve these problems is required. When complications occur, timely and appropriate treatment can mitigate their impact.
