牵引治疗颈椎病的研究进展

【摘要】：正颈椎病是由于颈椎间盘退变所致颈脊神经、颈髓、椎动脉和交感神经受刺激或压迫而出现的一系列临床综合征[1]。早期调查显示,颈椎病多发于中老年人群。近年来,颈椎病的发生呈年轻化趋势,已引起社会关注。随着对颈椎病发病机制的研究,针对颈椎病治疗的研究也在不断深入。多年来牵引作为一种保守治疗颈椎病行之有效的方法,也已被大多学者认可。现将近年来牵引治疗颈椎病的研究进展综述如下。1牵引体位早期对颈椎牵引的研究,思路较局限,认为牵引体位的选
[Abstract]:Cervical spondylosis is a series of clinical syndromes caused by cervical spinal nerve , cervical spinal cord , vertebral artery and sympathetic nerve stimulation or compression due to cervical disc degeneration . Early investigation shows that cervical spondylosis is more frequent in the middle - aged and elderly population . In recent years , the occurrence of cervical spondylosis is a trend of younger generation , which has caused social concern . With the study of the pathogenesis of cervical spondylosis , the research on cervical spondylosis has also been recognized .
