骨膜在牵拉成骨中的作用研究进展

【摘要】：目的综述骨膜在牵拉成骨过程中作用的研究进展。方法广泛查阅近年来国内外有关骨膜在牵拉成骨过程中作用的文献,分析总结骨膜在牵拉成骨中的作用机制及其影响因素。结果骨膜富含新骨生成所必需的各种细胞(MSCs、成骨细胞等)、微血管及各种生长因子等,为牵拉成骨过程中新骨的生成提供必要的细胞支持、营养物质支持及代谢调节,能显著促进牵拉成骨过程中新骨的生成。结论骨膜在牵拉成骨过程中起着非常重要的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective To review the research progress of the role of bone membrane in the process of distraction osteogenesis . The mechanism of bone formation and its influencing factors are reviewed . The results show that the bone membrane is rich in new bone formation . It is necessary for the generation of new bone to provide necessary cell support , nutrient support and metabolic regulation , which can promote the formation of new bone during distraction osteogenesis .
