对比急性阑尾炎经腹腔镜切除术与开腹切除术治疗的效果

【摘要】：目的分析腹腔镜切除术与开腹切除术治疗急性阑尾炎的不同效果。方法随机选择2014年12月~2016年6月在本院接受治疗的急性阑尾炎患者50例参与研究,对照组25例利用开腹切除术治疗,观察组25例应用腹腔镜切除术治疗,比较两组效果。结果观察组治疗后手术时间、住院时间以及术后排气时间均短于对照组;观察组并发症发生率为4%,对照组为8%。结论急性阑尾炎经腹腔镜切除术的效果更为明显,恢复更快,更值得推广。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the different effects of laparoscopic resection and open resection in the treatment of acute appendicitis. Methods Fifty patients with acute appendicitis treated in our hospital from December 2014 to June 2016 were randomly selected, 25 patients in the control group were treated with open abdominal resection, and 25 patients in the observation group were treated with laparoscopic excision. Results the operative time, hospital stay and postoperative exhaust time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the incidence of complications was 4 in the observation group and 8 in the control group. Conclusion the effect of laparoscopic appendectomy is more obvious, the recovery is faster, and it is worth popularizing.
