【摘要】：正患者,男,68岁,因反复胸闷痛3年,马蜂叮蛰后再发胸闷痛、心悸伴头晕乏力、四肢冷汗2 h,于2016年10月17日入院。该患者3年前曾因反复胸闷痛在我院行PCI治疗,后胸闷痛较前明显减少。发病当天上午8时患者全身多处被马蜂叮蛰,继而出现胸闷痛、心悸,头晕乏力,四肢冷汗,伴意识模糊,家属即送其至当地
[Abstract]:The patient, 68 years old, was admitted to hospital on October 17, 2016, with recurrent chest pain for 3 years, chest pain after bee sting, palpitations with dizziness and fatigue, and cold sweating of limbs for 2 hours. The patient was treated with PCI 3 years ago because of repeated chest distress. At 8: 00 am on the day of onset, the patient was stung and stung by a hornet bee in many places, and then appeared chest pain, palpitations, dizziness, cold sweating on his limbs, and a vague consciousness. The family sent him to the place immediately.
