计算机测绘全膝关节置换术胫骨平台截骨量

【摘要】：目的:全膝关节置换术(total knee replacement,TKA)胫骨截骨影响手术成败,本文在计算机辅助下,测绘全膝关节置换术胫骨平台截骨量,并探讨计算机辅助术前测量的可行性。方法:收集并选取我院2014.7-2014.12月收治的需行全膝关节置换术病人下肢全长X线图像,共计31例,按照常规方法进行人工术前测量,同时将图像导入计算机软件进行计算机辅助测量并收集数据,并与术中结果对比。结果:术中数据与计算机配对样本T实验结果P=0.064(α=0.05),计算机测绘胫截骨量与术中截骨量的配对样本T检验无统计学差异,而人工测量与术中截骨量相比较配对样本T检验P=0.0000.005,有统计学差异。高聚乙烯垫片厚度的比较,术中数据与转化后的计算机测绘数据相同。结论:计算机辅助进行全膝关节置换术胫骨截骨量测量有优势,并存在术前预测高聚乙烯垫片厚度的可能。
[Abstract]:Objective: total knee replacement (TKA) tibial osteotomy affects the success or failure of the operation. In this paper, the total knee arthroplasty tibial plateau osteotomy was measured, and the feasibility of computer-aided preoperative measurement was discussed. Methods: a total of 31 X-ray images of the lower extremities of patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty in our hospital from July to December 2014 were collected and selected. At the same time, the images were imported into the computer software for computer aided measurement and data were collected, and the results were compared with those of the operation. Results: there was no significant difference in T test between the data of the operation and the matched samples of the computer, the results of the T test showed that there was no significant difference in the amount of tibial osteotomy and the amount of the osteotomy during the operation. There was statistical difference between manual measurement and intraoperative osteotomy compared with matched sample T test (P = 0.0000.005). Compared with the thickness of high polyethylene gasket, the intraoperative data were the same as the transformed computer mapping data. Conclusion: the measurement of tibial osteotomy with computer aided total knee arthroplasty has an advantage, and it is possible to predict the thickness of high polyethylene gasket before operation.
