青岛市某三甲医院甲状腺外科收治患者现状分析

【摘要】：目的本研究对青岛市某三甲医院2012-2015年甲状腺外科诊疗患者的年龄、性别、诊断、手术情况进行分析,为甲状腺外科的科学管理与发展提供依据。方法回顾2012-2015年青岛市某三甲医院甲状腺外科诊疗出院患者的病案资料,采用描述性分析、卡方分析和秩和检验等统计方法,分析住院病人的诊疗现状。结果甲状腺外科诊疗出院患者性别、年龄分组的构成比不一致;不同付费方式对患者平均住院天数的影响无意义、对患者平均住院费用的影响有意义;患者的疾病主要是甲状腺恶性、良性肿瘤,手术操作主要是单侧、双侧甲状腺切除术。结论根据患者的现状,建立标准化、规范化、精细化和个体化的诊疗规范,且在甲状腺疾病发病率高、甲状腺癌的总发病率逐年升高的背景下,甲状腺外科作为独立的临床学科更有利于诊疗规范的建立,保证患者的诊疗效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the age, sex, diagnosis and operation of thyroid surgery patients in a third Class A Hospital in Qingdao from 2012 to 2015, so as to provide the basis for the scientific management and development of thyroid surgery. Methods the medical records of thyroid surgery patients discharged from a third Class A Hospital in Qingdao from 2012 to 2015 were reviewed. The present status of diagnosis and treatment of hospitalized patients was analyzed by descriptive analysis, chi-square analysis and rank sum test. Results the sex and age groups of thyroid surgery discharged patients were not consistent, the effect of different payment methods on the average hospitalization days was not significant, and the effect on the average hospitalization cost was significant. The main diseases of the patients are malignant and benign thyroid neoplasms, and the surgical procedures are mainly unilateral and bilateral thyroidectomy. Conclusion based on the present situation of the patients, standardization, refinement and individualization of diagnosis and treatment are established, and the incidence of thyroid diseases is high and the total incidence of thyroid cancer is increasing year by year. Thyroid surgery as an independent clinical discipline is more conducive to the establishment of diagnostic and treatment norms to ensure the effectiveness of diagnosis and treatment of patients.
