医用钛合金掺锶改性的研究与进展

【摘要】:背景:以钛合金为基底进行表面改性进一步提高其表面生物活性是目前研究的热点,而掺锶改性是提高植入物骨整合性的有效手段。目的:介绍以医用钛合金为基底掺锶改性的研究进展。方法:以"钛合金,锶,骨组织,成骨"为中文检索词,以"titanium(ti),strontium(sr),bone,osteogenic"为英文检索词,在中国知网和Pub Med数据库检索2000年1月至2016年4月期间有关医用钛合金掺锶改性方面的文献。结果与结论:1医用钛合金具有较好的生物相容性,且与人体骨弹性模量接近,因而广泛应用于临床骨修复的植入物;2单纯钛合金表面生物活性较差,难以和骨组织结合达到骨整合;3对钛合金进行表面功能改性是行之有效的方案,而掺锶改性可显著促进新骨生成,达到骨与钛合金的整合;4目前掺锶改性的钛合金植入物及支架材料大多还处于体外实验和动物实验阶段,快速、稳定、易获得且安全有效的改性方法仍需进一步研究。
[Abstract]:Background: surface modification based on titanium alloy is a hot topic in recent years, and strontium doping is an effective method to improve the bone integrity of implants. Objective: to introduce the progress of strontium-doped modification of medical titanium alloy. Methods: "Titanium alloy, strontium, bone tissue, osteogenesis" was used as Chinese key word, and "titaniumtiumsstrontiumn" as English key word. Literature on the modification of medical titanium alloy doped with strontium between January 2000 and April 2016 was searched in China and Pub Med database. Results the titanium alloy has good biocompatibility and is close to the elastic modulus of human bone, so the surface bioactivity of the pure titanium alloy widely used in clinical bone repair is poor. It is an effective method to modify the surface function of titanium alloy which is difficult to combine with bone tissue to achieve bone integration, while strontium doping can significantly promote the formation of new bone. To achieve the integration of bone and titanium alloy at present, most of the Sr-doped titanium alloy implants and scaffolds are still in the stage of in vitro and animal experiments. The modification methods which are fast, stable, easy to obtain and safe and effective still need to be further studied.
