腹腔游离节育环致绞窄性小肠坏死合并阑尾黏液性囊腺瘤1例

【摘要】：正1 病例资料女性,64岁,因"腹痛3d,加重6h"于2016年8月19日急诊入院;3d前患者突发脐周持续疼痛,无呕吐、发热,外院抗感染、解痉止痛等治疗效果差,6h前腹痛加重。就诊我院,急查腹部CT扫描(图1A、1B)示:腹腔内环状高密度影伴小肠梗阻、阑尾炎、腹盆腔少量积液。入院体格检查:血压16.0/10.7kPa,脉搏72次/分,体温36.8℃,急性痛苦面容,腹平软,下腹部压痛、反跳痛阳性,肠鸣音减弱。急查血常
[Abstract]:The female patient was 64 years old. Because of "abdominal pain for 3 days, aggravation for 6 hours", the patient suffered from persistent periumbilical pain 3 days before admission on August 19, 2016, no vomiting, fever, antisepsis, antispasmodic pain, and severe abdominal pain before 6 hours. In our hospital, abdominal CT scan (fig. 1A1B) showed that abdominal ring high density imaging with small intestinal obstruction, appendicitis and a small amount of abdominal and pelvic effusion.
