[Abstract]:The rehabilitation treatment of brain trauma is facing a great challenge. Traumatic brain injuryTBI) refers to acute and chronic brain injury, including the two hemispheres, cerebellum and brain stem. The clinical manifestation depends mainly on the nature of the injury. Diffuse brain trauma is often associated with diffuse axonal injury or coma after trauma, and localized injury may be associated with neurobehavioral manifestations, hemiplegia or other local neurological defects ([1]). In recent years, the rapid development of neurosurgery has greatly improved the survival rate of patients with craniocerebral injury, but most of the survivors of brain injury will have serious functional disorders, lose the ability to take care of themselves.
