腔镜下全乳晕入路甲状腺腺叶切除的方法——王氏七步法

【摘要】：全乳晕入路的腔镜甲状腺手术,具有手术操作相对简单,美容效果好等特点,该手术方法逐渐成为首选的腔镜甲状腺腺叶切除术式。但是,开展腔镜甲状腺手术的医院和医生的水平参差不齐,如何推广规范的腔镜甲状腺切除手术,是目前急需解决的问题。笔者以全乳晕入路为例,介绍浙医二院王平团队腔镜下腺叶切除的步骤。为了方便记忆,把步骤归纳为七步,简称王氏七步法。
[Abstract]:Endoscopic thyroidectomy with total areola approach has the advantages of simple operation and good cosmetic effect. It has gradually become the first choice of endoscopic thyroidectomy. However, the level of endoscopic thyroidectomy is uneven in hospitals and doctors. How to popularize the standard endoscopic thyroidectomy is an urgent problem. Taking the total areola approach as an example, the procedure of endoscopic inferior lobectomy by Wang Ping team of Zhejiang Medical second Hospital was introduced. In order to facilitate memory, the steps are summarized into seven steps, referred to as Wang's seven-step method.
