【摘要】：正氯胺酮作为经典全麻药之一,临床应用已逾40年,主要分为消旋氯胺酮和右旋氯胺酮。消旋氯胺酮是右旋氯胺酮和左旋氯胺酮两种对映异构体的消旋体。虽然两者有一定的区别,但是两者对循环的影响差别不大,仅右旋氯胺酮对左心室收缩的抑制稍强而已。Sigtermans等~([1])研究显示静脉给予氯胺酮可增加正常患者心脏指数40~50%。也有报道使用氯胺酮可使血压、外周循环阻力下降,心脏指数降
[Abstract]:As one of the classical general anesthetics, n-ketamine has been used for more than 40 years. It is mainly divided into racemic ketamine and dextromethylamine. Racemic ketamine is a racemate of two enantiomers, dextroketamine and levoketamine. Although there is a certain difference between the two groups, there is little difference in the effect of dextroketamine on the left ventricular contraction. The results of [1] study showed that intravenous administration of ketamine could increase the cardiac index of normal patients by 4050%.
