阜外心血管病医院成人心脏术后患者分离的类酵母菌及耐药性

【摘要】：目的了解某院成人心脏术后患者分离的类酵母菌及其耐药性,为临床治疗提供参考。方法对2012年1月1日—2015年12月31日阜外心血管病医院成人心脏术后患者分离的类酵母菌进行鉴定和药敏试验。结果共分离类酵母菌166株,其中白假丝酵母菌103株,其次为热带假丝酵母菌(25株)、近平滑假丝酵母菌(19株)等;标本来源以痰为主,占77.11%(128株),其次为深静脉导管及血。主要类酵母菌对氟康唑、两性霉素B、5-氟胞嘧啶敏感率较高,为84.21%~100.00%;对伊曲康唑敏感率相对较低,为52.00%~85.44%。结论成人心脏术后患者分离的类酵母菌以白假丝酵母菌为主,标本来源以呼吸道为主,氟康唑仍为类酵母菌治疗的首选药物。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the isolation and drug resistance of yeasts isolated from adult patients after cardiac surgery in a hospital, and to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2015, yeasts isolated from adult patients after cardiac surgery in Fuwei Cardiovascular Hospital were identified and tested for drug sensitivity. Results 166 strains of yeast were isolated, including 103 strains of Candida albicans, 25 strains of Candida tropicalis and 19 strains of Candida tropicalis, etc. The samples were mainly from phlegm, accounting for 128 strains of Candida albicans, followed by deep venous catheters and blood. The sensitivity of main yeasts to fluconazole and amphotericin B _ (5-fluorocytosine) was higher (84.21) and itraconazole was relatively low (52.00). Conclusion Candida albicans is the main yeast isolated from adult patients after cardiac surgery, and the samples are mainly from respiratory tract. Fluconazole is still the first choice for the treatment of yeasts.
