观察放射介入疗法配合物理疗法治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的临床疗效

【摘要】：目的了解股骨头缺血性坏死患者用放射介入与物理治疗联合治疗手段对其病情的干预效果。方法以本院2014年-2016年期间收治的确诊股骨头缺血性坏死患者为分析对象,从中抽取80例并以随机数字表方式将其以每组40例分为对照组(常规股骨头缺血性坏死对症治疗)与观察组(放射介入疗法联合物理疗法),予疗程后了解不同治疗方案下患者临床疗效。结果根据患者病情体征作为疗效判断相关依据,对照组、观察组判定无效例数分别为12例、3例,总有效率经统计学软件处理,组间差异存在意义(P0.05)。结论制定治疗股骨头缺血性坏死方案时,可将放射介入疗法配合物理疗法作为主要干预手段,不仅对患者病情有令人满意的改善作用,同时也有利于恢复期关节功能、提高生活质量,对患者治疗和预后均有积极影响,值得推广。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the intervention effect of radiation intervention and physiotherapy in patients with avascular necrosis of femoral head. Methods the patients with avascular necrosis of femoral head admitted in our hospital from 2014 to 2016 were analyzed. 80 patients were selected from the study group and randomly divided into two groups: control group (conventional treatment of avascular necrosis of the femoral head) and observation group (radiotherapy combined with physical therapy). The clinical effect of the patients under the treatment scheme. Results according to the condition signs of the patients as the relevant basis for judging the curative effect, in the control group, the number of invalid cases in the observation group was 12 cases and 3 cases, respectively. The total effective rate was treated by statistical software, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion Radio-interventional therapy combined with physical therapy can be taken as the main intervention in the treatment of avascular necrosis of femoral head, which can not only improve the patient's condition, but also benefit the joint function in convalescent stage. Improving the quality of life has a positive effect on the treatment and prognosis of patients, and is worth popularizing.
