伤柏膏治疗急性踝关节外侧副韧带损伤患者疼痛的临床效果

【摘要】：目的探讨伤柏膏在治疗急性踝关节外侧副韧带损伤患者疼痛的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院单侧踝关节损伤患者50例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各25例,分别在入院治疗前及治疗第3,7,14天对患者进行疼痛度视觉模拟评分(VAS)和kofoed评分,同时测量患者踝关节周径,以及踝关节损伤后下肢功能自我功能评定。结果两组患者治疗前一般临床资料差异均无统计学意义,在治疗第3,7,14天后,治疗组在VAS评分及肿胀消除上均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);两组患者在治疗前和治疗第3天后Kofoed踝关节评分无显著性差异(P0.05),在治疗7,14 d后,治疗组在Kofoed踝关节评分显著高于对照组(P0.05)。在自我功能评定上,治疗前和治疗第3天,两组患者评分均无统计学差异,治疗7,14 d后,治疗组评分显著高于对照组(P0.01)。结论伤柏膏外敷治疗能够较快改善急性踝关节外侧副韧带损伤患者的疼痛,并改善相关功能性评分。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of shangbai ointment in the treatment of pain in patients with acute injury of lateral collateral ligament of ankle joint. Methods Fifty patients with unilateral ankle injury in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 25 cases in each group. The pain degree visual analogue score (VASS) and kofoed score were performed on the patients before admission to hospital and on the 7th and 14th day of treatment. At the same time, the ankle circumference and lower limb functional self-function after ankle injury were measured. Results there was no significant difference in general clinical data between the two groups before treatment. The VAS score and swelling elimination in the treatment group were better than those in the control group after the 3rd day of treatment. There was no significant difference in Kofoed ankle joint score between the two groups before treatment and 3 days after treatment. After 7 days of treatment, the Kofoed ankle joint score in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in self-function between the two groups before treatment and on the third day of treatment. After 714 days of treatment, the scores in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 0.01). Conclusion the external application of shangbai ointment can improve the pain of patients with acute lateral collateral ligament injury of ankle joint and improve the related functional score.
