彩色多普勒超声体表定位下桡动脉穿刺置管的临床应用

【摘要】:目的:评价彩色多普勒超声体表定位桡动脉穿刺置管的临床效果。方法:选择全麻手术,拟行桡动脉穿刺置管术患者60例随机分成2组,B组在穿刺前先使用彩色多普勒超声对桡动脉进行定位,并用记号笔在体表标出血管位置及走形后再用穿刺针延此体表标识进针穿刺置管;C组使用传统触摸法进行穿刺置管。记录第一次穿刺成功例数、一次穿刺成功时间及总穿刺时间。结果:B组第一次穿刺成功率80%高于C组53%(P0.05);一次穿刺成功时间短于C组[25.9±8.4 vs 31.9±7.4s(P0.05)];总穿刺时间数短于B组[44.6±38s vs 69.2±48.6s(P0.05)]。结论:彩色多普勒超声体表定位下桡动脉穿刺可提高传统盲法一次穿刺成功率,缩短一次穿刺时间及总穿刺时间。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical effect of radial artery catheterization with color Doppler ultrasound. Methods: a total of 60 patients with radial artery catheterization were randomly divided into two groups: group B: using color Doppler ultrasound to locate radial artery before puncture. After marking the position and shape of blood vessels on the body surface with marker pen, the puncture needle was used to mark the insertion of the body surface. Group C used the traditional touch method to place the puncture tube. The successful cases of first puncture, the time of successful puncture and the total time of puncture were recorded. Results the success rate of the first puncture in group B was 80% higher than that in group C (P 0.05), the successful time of one puncture was shorter than that in group C [25.9 卤8.4 vs 31.9 卤7.4 sP0.05], and the total puncture time was shorter than that in group B [44.6 卤38s vs 69.2 卤48.6s P 0.05]. Conclusion: radial artery puncture based on color Doppler ultrasound can improve the success rate of single puncture and shorten the time of single puncture and total puncture time.
