关注儿童青少年钙磷代谢障碍相关性骨病和遗传性骨病

【摘要】：儿童青少年时期是骨骼生长发育和骨质矿化的关键阶段。儿童青少年骨病可导致骨骼畸形,影响成人期峰值骨量及身高。因此,早期识别并治疗儿童青少年骨病具有重要意义。根据临床表现及实验室检查结果,儿童青少年骨病可分为钙磷代谢障碍相关性骨病和遗传性骨病。该文对常见的钙磷代谢障碍相关性骨病和遗传性骨病的发病机制、临床表现、生化特点、影像学特征、检测及治疗进行了总结及评述。
[Abstract]:Childhood and adolescence are critical stages of bone growth and bone mineralization. Osteopathy in children and adolescents can lead to bone deformities, affecting peak bone mass and height in adults. Therefore, early identification and treatment of osteopathy in children and adolescents is of great significance. According to the clinical manifestations and laboratory findings, osteopathy in children and adolescents can be divided into calcium-phosphorus metabolic disorders associated with bone disease and hereditary bone disease. In this paper, the pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, biochemical characteristics, imaging features, detection and treatment of common bone diseases associated with calcium and phosphorus metabolism disorders and hereditary bone diseases were summarized and reviewed.
