膝关节半月板损伤的性别差异性研究进展

【摘要】：半月板损伤的性别差异性研究对了解半月板损伤与性别的流行病学特点具有一定的临床意义。大宗病例统计研究普遍认为男性半月板损伤风险高于女性,在特殊的运动项目,以及特定损伤类型和部位,尤其是内侧半月板后根部撕裂(medial meniscus posterior root tear,MMPRT),女性的风险高于男性。在半月板损伤性别差异方面,还缺乏更多的大样本量的流行病学研究。本文对半月板损伤男女性别差异的研究现状做文献总结。
[Abstract]:The study of sex difference of meniscus injury has certain clinical significance in understanding the epidemiological characteristics of meniscus injury and sex. It is generally believed that the risk of meniscus injury in men is higher than that in women. The risk of meniscus injury in women is higher than that in men in specific sports events, and in specific injury types and sites, especially in medial meniscus posterior root tearna MMPRTs of medial meniscus posterior root tear. In meniscus injury gender differences, there is a lack of large sample epidemiological studies. This paper summarizes the research status of male and female gender differences in meniscus injury.
