【摘要】：正氧化亚氮(N_2O)又称为笑气,常温下是一种无色有甜味气体,是最轻、最简单的无机物麻醉剂。1799年Humphrey Davy发现它具有镇痛作用,并能使人发笑,取名为笑气,1844年,美国牙科医生Horace Wells首先将其用于临床拔牙镇痛。如今,在临床医学中,N_2O是一种麻醉气体,它能够使机体迅速进入麻醉期,恢复期也相对较短,可用于各种小手术的镇静镇痛,但在全身麻醉的应用却逐渐减少。综合近年来研究,本文
[Abstract]:Nitrous oxide (N2O), also known as nitrous oxide, is a colorless sweet gas at room temperature, the lightest and simplest inorganic anesthetic. In 1799, Humphrey Davy discovered that it had analgesic effects and was able to make people laugh, called laughing gas, in 1844. American dentist Horace Wells first used it for clinical extraction analgesia. Nowadays, NSCH _ 2O is a kind of anesthetic gas in clinical medicine, it can make the body enter anaesthesia period quickly, recovery period is relatively short, can be used for sedation and analgesia of various minor operations, but its application in general anesthesia is decreasing gradually.
