疝环缝扎联合腹腔内生物补片植入术治疗青年男性腹股沟斜疝的初步研究

【摘要】：目的评估腹腔镜下疝环缝扎联合腹腔内生物补片植入术在青年男性腹股沟斜疝的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析重庆医科大学附属第二医院血管外科2014年1月至2017年1月期间采用腹腔镜下疝环缝扎联合腹腔内生物补片植入术治疗7例青年男性腹股沟斜疝的临床资料。随访了术后疼痛、并发症、复发、生育情况等。结果在7例患者中总共发现并修补了8侧斜疝,其中1例为双侧,5例为右侧,1例为左侧;无一例中转;平均手术时间34分钟;平均内环口直径约2.7厘米;平均住院天数3天;平均恢复日常活动时间5天。术后早期疼痛轻微,无慢性疼痛的发生。随访时间2月-2年,除1例术后早期出现轻度血清肿外,无其他手术相关并发症发生,无一例复发。3例术前未婚育患者现已婚已育。结论初步的结果显示腹腔镜疝环缝扎联合腹腔内生物补片植入术是一种安全、有效的手术方式,对于有生育要求的未婚育青年男性患者是一种很好的选择。长期效果尚需更大的样本量和长期的随访去进一步证实。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of laparoscopic hernia ring suture combined with intraperitoneal biofilm implantation in the treatment of young male indirect inguinal hernia. Methods from January 2014 to January 2017, the clinical data of 7 young male patients with indirect inguinal hernia were retrospectively analyzed. Postoperative pain, complications, recurrence and fertility were followed up. Results A total of 8 oblique hernia were found and repaired in 7 cases, of which 1 case was bilateral hernia, 5 cases were bilateral hernia, 1 case was left side, none case was transferred, the average operative time was 34 minutes, the average diameter of inner ring was 2.7 cm, the average length of hospitalization was 3 days. The average time to resume daily activities was 5 days. Early postoperative pain was mild and no chronic pain occurred. The follow-up period from 2 months to 2 years showed that there were no other surgical complications except one case with mild serum swelling in the early postoperative period, and none of the 3 patients who were unmarried before operation had been married. Conclusion Laparoscopic herniation ring suture combined with intraperitoneal biofilm implantation is a safe and effective method for young male patients with fertility requirement. Long-term effects need to be further confirmed by larger sample sizes and long-term follow-up.
