老年伸肌腱止点断裂患指不同修复术后屈伸功能对比

【摘要】：目的探究微型锚钉修复老年伸肌腱止点处断裂与传统常规术式法对术后屈伸功能的影响。方法 85例老年手指伸肌腱止点断裂患者中42例行微型锚钉修复术为观察组,43例行传统修复术为对照组。比较两组术前患指检查及X线结果、术后2、6、12个月患指总主动活动度(TAM)评分,判断患指伸屈功能的恢复情况;分析两组随访1年并发症的发生率。结果两组术前患指位置、指名、外伤及骨结构变化中均无显著差异;观察组术后2、6、12个月TAM评分优良率均显著高于对照组;术后1年,对照组并发症发生率显著高于观察组(Log-rankχ~2=4.034,P=0.045)。结论微型锚钉修复老年手指伸肌腱止点断裂术后,相对于传统术式明显改善患指屈伸功能,手术易操作可行且并发症少。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of mini-anchor nail on the function of flexion and extension after operation. Methods in 85 elderly patients with rupture of extensor tendon of finger, 42 cases were treated with mini-anchor nail repair and 43 cases were treated with traditional repair as control group. The total active activity (TAM) score of the affected fingers at 2 and 12 months after operation was compared between the two groups, and the recovery of the extension and flexion function of the affected fingers was evaluated, and the incidence of complications in the two groups was analyzed after 1 year follow up. Results there was no significant difference between the two groups in the position of the affected finger, the name, the trauma and the changes of bone structure before operation, the excellent and good rates of TAM score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group at 2 and 12 months after operation, and the incidence of complications in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group at one year (Log-rank 蠂 ~ (24.034) P _ (0.045). Conclusion compared with the traditional operation, mini-anchor nail can obviously improve the function of finger flexion and extension, and the operation is easy to operate and has fewer complications.
