【摘要】：正随着我国交通、建筑业的发展及老龄化社会的加剧,创伤性骨折及骨质疏松性骨折患者日益增加,而延迟愈合、骨不连等仍是目前骨科疾病中最棘手的问题。尽管近年来对骨折的治疗手段及方法不断进步,但骨不连的发生率仍高达5%~10%~([1])。从骨发生的过程出发,治疗骨不连需要深入了解调控骨再生的各类信号分子及通路。骨再生过程十分复杂,包含各类细胞的相互作用,如
[Abstract]:With the development of traffic, construction industry and the aggravation of aging society, the number of patients with traumatic fracture and osteoporotic fracture is increasing day by day, while delayed healing and nonunion are still the most difficult problems in orthopedic diseases. In spite of recent advances in the treatment of fractures, the incidence of nonunion is still as high as 510 (1). From the process of bone formation, the treatment of bone nonunion requires a deep understanding of various signaling molecules and pathways regulating bone regeneration.
