【摘要】：组蛋白去乙酰化酶(HDACs)能使染色质结构更加紧密从而起到转录抑制的作用。一些研究结果表明HDACs与病变软骨的相关基因表达和骨关节炎(OA)进展有关。本文总结了OA和软骨发育研究领域HDACs相关的研究成果,以期更深入的了解OA的发病机制以及为OA的治疗方案提供新的思路。
[Abstract]:Histone deacetylase (HDACs) can make chromatin structure closer and play a role of transcription inhibition. Some results suggest that HDACs are associated with the expression of genes associated with cartilage lesions and the progression of osteoarthritis (OA). This paper summarizes the research results of HDACs in the field of OA and cartilage development in order to further understand the pathogenesis of OA and provide new ideas for the treatment of OA.
