薄型游离股前外侧穿支皮瓣在7例创伤性四肢皮肤缺损修复中的应用观察

【摘要】：目的观察薄型游离股前外侧穿支皮瓣在7例创伤性四肢皮肤缺损修复中的应用效果。方法创伤性四肢皮肤缺损患者7例,采用薄型游离股前外侧穿支皮瓣修复,观察治疗效果。结果 7例皮瓣全部成活,皮瓣面积19 cm×12 cm~10 cm×8 cm。术后评价优2例、良3例、一般2例,优良率为71%。5例吻合神经患者中1例恢复2点辨别觉,达S3+;1例恢复达S3,1例恢复达S2;2例恢复达S1;其中恢复保护性感觉(S2)达60%。术后随访6~24个月,受区组织缺损修复效果满意,无臃肿,不影响患者穿鞋等日常生活;供区愈合良好。结论薄型游离股前外侧穿支皮瓣修复四肢皮肤缺损效果较好,且供区愈合良好。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of thin free anterolateral femoral perforator flap in the repair of traumatic skin defect of extremities in 7 cases. Methods Seven patients with traumatic skin defect of extremities were repaired with thin free anterolateral femoral perforator flap. Results all the 7 flaps survived. The flap area was 19 cm 脳 12 cm~10 cm 脳 8 cm. 2 cases were excellent, 3 cases were good and 2 cases were fair. The excellent and good rate was 71.5 cases of nerve anastomosis, 1 case recovered 2 points discrimination, 1 case S3 recovered, 1 case recovered S2 and 2 cases recovered to S1, among them, the protective sensation (S2) was up to 60%. Follow-up for 6 ~ 24 months showed that the repair effect of tissue defect in the recipient area was satisfactory, no bloated, no influence on the patients' daily life such as wearing shoes, and the donor area healed well. Conclusion the thin free anterolateral femoral perforator flap is effective in repairing skin defect of extremities and the donor area is well healed.
