微创颅内血肿清除术治疗脑出血的疗效观察

【摘要】：目的观察脑出血经微创颅内血肿清除术治疗的疗效。方法选取我院2014年10月~2016年10月收治的脑出血患者82例作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各41例;对照组行开颅血肿清除术治疗,观察组则采用微创颅内血肿清除术治疗,比较两组患者的手术情况以及疗效。结果 (1)观察组的总有效率为97.56%,明显高于对照组的85.37%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。(2)观察组的手术时间、术中出血量以及术后并发症均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论采用微创颅内血肿清除术治疗脑出血可以缩短手术时间,减少出血量,提高手术的安全性,而且疗效显著,并发症较少,安全可靠,适合进行临床推广。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the curative effect of intracerebral hemorrhage treated by minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma. Methods Eighty-two patients with intracerebral hemorrhage admitted in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2016 were randomly divided into control group (n = 41) and observation group (n = 41). The observation group was treated with minimally invasive intracerebral hematoma removal, and the operation and curative effect of the two groups were compared. Results (1) the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.56, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (85.37%). The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The time of operation, the amount of intraoperative bleeding and postoperative complications in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion minimally invasive intracerebral hematoma removal can shorten the operation time, reduce the amount of bleeding and improve the safety of the operation.
