浅谈脊柱外科手术并发症及其预防

【摘要】：目的探索脊柱外科手术的并发症及其预防。方法选择2015年3月~2016年3月医院收治的脊柱外科手术患者100例为研究对象,将其进行计算机随机分组,分为观察组与对照组,各50例。观察组采用前路手术治疗联合预防措施,对照组采用前路手术治疗。结果观察组患者泌尿系统感染发生率、下肢深静脉血栓发生率、切口疝发生率、脑脊液漏发生率、肺炎发生率明显低于对照组患者(P0.05)。结论通过分析脊柱外科手术常见并发症,实施相应针对性预防措施,可取得较好疗效,促进患者恢复。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the complications and prevention of spinal surgery. Methods from March 2015 to March 2016, 100 patients undergoing spinal surgery were randomly divided into two groups: observation group (n = 50) and control group (n = 50). The observation group was treated with anterior approach combined with preventive measures, while the control group was treated with anterior approach. Results the incidence of urinary system infection, deep vein thrombosis, incisional hernia, cerebrospinal fluid leakage and pneumonia in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion by analyzing the common complications of spinal surgery and implementing corresponding preventive measures, we can get better curative effect and promote the recovery of patients.
