MIPO技术治疗肱骨干骨折

【摘要】:成人肱骨干骨折是临床工作中一种常见的骨折类型,其治疗方法可分为手术治疗与非手术治疗,应用金属接骨板、螺钉进行切开复位内固定已作为其治疗的金标准。近年来,微创钢板接骨术(MIPO)已经广泛应用到肱骨干骨折的临床治疗中。MIPO技术是将金属接骨板经肌下隧道放置于肱骨前侧,接骨板跨越骨折断端能最大限度地保护骨折断端的营养与血供并且能一定程度避免医源性桡神经损伤的出现。MIPO技术具有操作简单、安全性高、骨折愈合率高、桡神经损伤率低、术后肩肘关节活动不受限及并发症少等优势。MIPO作为治疗肱骨干骨折是一种安全、有效的手术方法,非常值得推广。本文主要对骨折患者进行微创治疗的研究,证明MIPO的可行性、有效性、安全性,并对MIPO治疗肱骨干骨折的研究作进一步的综述。
[Abstract]:Adult humeral shaft fracture is a common type of fracture in clinical work, its treatment methods can be divided into surgical treatment and non-operative treatment. Open reduction and internal fixation with metal plate and screw has been regarded as the gold standard of its treatment. In recent years, minimally invasive plate osteoplasty (MIPO) has been widely used in the clinical treatment of humeral shaft fractures. The graft across the broken end of the fracture can protect the nutrition and blood supply of the broken end of the fracture to the maximum extent and can avoid the occurrence of iatrogenic radial nerve injury to a certain extent. The technique of .MIPO has the advantages of simple operation, high safety, high fracture healing rate and low rate of radial nerve injury. It is a safe and effective operative method to treat humeral shaft fracture by using MIPO as a safe and effective method, which is worth popularizing. In this paper, we mainly discuss the feasibility, efficacy and safety of MIPO in the treatment of humeral shaft fracture by using minimally invasive therapy, and summarize the research of MIPO in the treatment of humeral shaft fracture.
