复方麝香注射液联合依达拉奉对颅脑外伤患者凝血和神经功能的影响

【摘要】：目的:探讨复方麝香注射液联合依达拉奉对颅脑外伤患者凝血功能、神经功能的影响及安全性。方法:选取我院2015年4月-2016年4月收治的颅脑外伤患者84例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各42例。对照组患者给予依达拉奉注射液30 mg加入0.9%氯化钠注射液100 m L中,bid,ivgtt;观察组在对照组基础上加用复方麝香注射液20 m L加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250 m L中,qd,ivgtt。两组患者均治疗4周。比较两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损程度(NIHSS)评分、格拉斯昏迷分级(GCS)评分、血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平、凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、D-二聚体水平、格拉斯预后分级(GOS)评分及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者NIHSS评分均较治疗前显著降低,且观察组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);两组患者GCS评分均较治疗前显著增高,且观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);两组患者血清NSE、CRP、PT、APTT和D-二聚体水平均较治疗前显著降低,且观察组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组患者GOS评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患者治疗期间未见明显不良反应发生。结论:复方麝香注射液联合依达拉奉可改善颅脑外伤患者凝血功能和神经功能,且可减轻患者颅脑损伤严重程度,改善预后。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect and safety of compound musk injection combined with Edaravone on blood coagulation and nerve function in patients with craniocerebral trauma. Methods: 84 patients with craniocerebral trauma admitted in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were randomly divided into two groups: observation group (n = 42) and control group (n = 42). The patients in the control group were given 30 mg Edaravone injection and 0.9% sodium chloride injection 100 mL respectively, and those in the observation group were treated with compound musk injection 20 mL and 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250 mL in the observation group. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. Before and after treatment, (NIHSS) score, (GCS) score, (NSE) level of neuron-specific enolase and C-reactive protein (CRP) were compared between the two groups. Prothrombin time (PT),) activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) level of D-dimer, (GOS) score of Glass-Prognostic grading and occurrence of adverse reactions. Results: after treatment, the NIHSS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the control group (P0.05), the GCS scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the GCS scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group. The serum levels of NSE-CRPP-PTAPTT and D- dimer in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05), and the GOS score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.05). The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). No significant adverse reactions occurred during treatment in both groups. Conclusion: compound musk injection combined with Edaravone can improve blood coagulation function and nerve function in patients with craniocerebral trauma, reduce the severity of craniocerebral injury and improve prognosis.
