经尺骨鹰嘴“V”型截骨双钢板固定治疗成人肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折的疗效分析

【摘要】：目的：探讨尺骨鹰嘴“V”型截骨入路治疗复杂的肱骨髁间骨折的疗效影响术后影响肘关节功能恢复的因素。方法：对我院自2008年6月至2013年9月采用经肘后正中切口尺骨鹰嘴“V”型截骨双钢板固定肱骨髁间骨折23例患者回顾性研究分析。结果：本组23列患者均得到解剖复位和坚强内固定,均获得随访,骨折愈合时间为术后半年至14个月,术后肘关节按Cassebaum评分标准评价肘关节功能,其中优16例,良4例,可2例,差1例。其中优良率86.9%。结论：尺骨鹰嘴“V”型截骨治疗复杂的成人肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折的C型骨折,可获得解剖复位和坚强内固定和早期功能锻炼,疗效满意。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of ulnar "V" osteotomy in the treatment of complex intercondylar fracture of humerus. Methods: from June 2008 to September 2013, 23 patients with humeral intercondylar fracture were treated with ulnar "V" double plate osteotomy. Results: all the 23 patients received anatomical reduction and rigid internal fixation, and were followed up. The fracture healing time was from 6 months to 14 months after operation. The elbow function was evaluated according to the Cassebaum score, 16 cases were excellent and 4 cases were good. Fair in 2 cases, poor in 1 case. The excellent and good rate was 86.9%. Conclusion: type C fracture of humeral intercondylar comminuted fracture with complex humeral condylar comminuted fracture can be treated by "V" type osteotomy of olecranon of ulna, which can obtain anatomical reduction, strong internal fixation and early functional exercise.
