中药内服配合CPM在胫骨平台骨折术后治疗中的应用分析
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) combined with continuous passive training machine (CPM) in promoting fracture healing and improving knee joint function after tibial plateau fracture. Methods: from March 2015 to March 2016, 46 patients with unilateral tibial plateau fractures were treated with open reduction and locking plate screw fixation. They were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group (23 cases) were treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with CPM function exercise after operation, while the control group (23 cases) only took CPM function exercise after operation. The fracture healing was evaluated according to the criteria of fracture healing in surgery and the time of fracture healing was recorded. After 3 months and 6 months after operation, the functional recovery of the affected knee was evaluated according to the HSS knee scoring standard. Results: a total of 46 patients with tibial plateau were followed up for 6 months. The clinical healing time of the affected limbs was (8.65 卤1.40) weeks in the treatment group and (9.70 卤1.50) weeks in the control group. The HSS function score of the treatment group was (45.04 卤5.50) months after operation, and the HSS function score of the control group was (41.61 卤5.32) months after operation. Six months after operation, the scores of HSS function in the treatment group (89.70 卤7.84) and the control group (79.65 卤8.20) were observed and compared. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: for the patients with tibial plateau fracture treated by open reduction and locking plate and screw internal fixation, the combined therapy of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of CPM machine function exercise after operation is beneficial to fracture healing and recovery of knee function. The curative effect is better than only using CPM machine function exercise, it is worth popularizing traditional Chinese medicine combination treatment after operation of fracture.
