腹腔镜胃袖状切除术后并发症防治策略

【摘要】：腹腔镜胃袖状切除术(LSG)因其疗效快速持久而成为减重外科的首选术式,但同时也存在某些潜在并发症,如果处理不当,可导致死亡等严重后果。因此,及早预防及诊断LSG后出现的并发症,采取有效的处理措施,对LSG的开展具有重要意义。充分的术前准备、规范的手术操作及完善的术后随访是预防并及时发现并发症的基础,根据病人的具体情况选择个体化治疗方案是手术并发症能够得到有效处理的保障。
[Abstract]:Laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (LSG) is the first choice for weight loss surgery because of its rapid and lasting curative effect. However, there are some potential complications, which can lead to death and other serious consequences if not handled properly. Therefore, it is of great significance to prevent and diagnose the complications after LSG and to take effective management measures for the development of LSG. Adequate preoperative preparation, standard operation and perfect postoperative follow-up are the basis of prevention and timely discovery of complications. The choice of individualized treatment scheme according to the specific conditions of patients is the guarantee of effective management of surgical complications.
