生物补片在被覆组织过薄隆乳术中的应用

【摘要】：目的:探讨生物型外科补片(生物补片)在被覆组织过薄隆乳术中应用的手术技巧和临床效果。方法:经乳晕下缘切口,剥离乳腺后间隙,用缝线牵引法置入生物补片并使之展平,生物补片粗糙面与被覆组织内面紧贴,用皮钉法固定生物补片。置入硅凝胶乳房假体行隆乳术。结果:2010年7月-2015年11月应用该方法共计12例,其中聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳注射材料取出术后被覆软组织过薄8例,Poland综合征2例,多次胸大肌后间隙假体隆乳术后Ⅳ级包膜挛缩更换假体乳腺后间隙隆乳2例。无血肿、感染、假体外露等并发症发生。术后随访6个月~5年,除1例出现Ⅲ级包膜挛缩外,其余病例乳房外形较术前明显改善,患者自觉满意。结论:生物补片有良好的生物相容性和组织相容性,机械性能满足隆乳术中对抗拉伸强度及柔韧性的要求,易于与被覆软组织严密缝合;在被覆组织过薄的隆乳术中具有增厚被覆软组织、防止假体外露、增加假体隆乳术后的自然手感等作用,在此类适应症中具有良好的临床使用效果。
