PVP与PKP治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎体骨折的疗效对比

【摘要】：目的比对PVP与PKP治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎体骨折的临床疗效。方法选取我院2012年7月~2017年7月收治的骨质疏松性胸腰椎体骨折患者50例作为研究对象,根据患者手术方式分成两组,35例为PVP(经皮椎体成形术)组、15例为PKP(经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术)组,比对两组患者术后临床疗效。结果经过手术后,两组患者术后VAS评分,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);PKP组术后影像学指标均优于PVP组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 PVP与PKP治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎体骨折,两者均可缓解患者术后疼痛,但PKP术式更有利于改善患者脊柱后凸畸形矫正效果,可推广。
[Abstract]:Objective To compare the clinical effects of PVP and PKP in the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures.Methods 50 patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures were selected from July 2012 to July 2017 in our hospital.They were divided into two groups according to the surgical methods.35 patients were in PVP group and 15 patients were in PKP group. Results After operation, there was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups (P 0.05). The postoperative imaging indexes of PKP group were better than those of PVP group (P 0.05). Conclusion PVP and PKP can relieve osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral fractures, both of them can relieve patients. Postoperative pain, but the PKP operation is more conducive to improve the correction effect of kyphosis, which can be promoted.
