P75NTR在兔骨折不愈合局部组织中的表达及意义

【摘要】:目的:探讨P75神经营养因子受体(P75 neurotrophin receptor,P75NTR)在兔骨折不愈合局部组织中的表达及意义。方法:30只新西兰大白兔随机分成A、B、C三组,每组10只。A组建立骨折不愈合模型,B组建立骨折模型,C组为空白对照组。骨折不愈合造模成功、骨折模型愈合后,利用免疫组织化学、Western blotting及IPP6.0病理图像分析软件对三组组织中P75NTR的表达进行半定量分析,测定其平均吸光度值及P75NTR与β-action的比值。结果:P75NTR平均吸光度值骨折不愈合组为0.328 7±0.041 9,骨折组为0.026 7±0.0187,空白对照组为0.015 9±0.013 6。骨折不愈合组与其他两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),骨折组与空白对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05);P75NTR/β-action骨折不愈合组为3.643 4±0.059 6,空白对照组为0.139 0±0.029 4,骨折组为0.148 9±0.031 7。骨折不愈合组与其他两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),骨折组与空白对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。骨折不愈合组高表达P75NTR,骨折组和空白对照组中P75NTR表达较低,骨折不愈合组与其他两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);骨折组与空白对照组比较P75NTR的表达无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:P75NTR在兔骨折不愈合局部组织中高表达,且明显高于骨折组和空白对照组,它可能是骨折不愈合形成的一个重要因素。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression and significance of P75 neurotrophic factor receptor (P75 neurotrophin receptor,P75NTR) in local tissues of fracture nonunion in rabbits. Methods Thirty New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: group A (n = 10), group B (n = 10) and group C (n = 10). After the fracture model was healed, the expression of P75NTR in the three groups was semi-quantitatively analyzed by immunohistochemistry Western blotting and IPP6.0 pathological image analysis software. The average absorbance and the ratio of P75NTR to 尾 -action were measured. Results the mean absorbance value of 10% P75NTR was 0.328 7 卤0.041 9 in the nonunion group, 0.026 7 卤0 07 in the fracture group and 0.015 9 卤0.013 6 in the blank control group. There was significant difference between the fracture nonunion group and the other two groups (P0.05). There was no significant difference between the fracture group and the blank control group (P0.05). The P75NTR / 尾 -action nonunion fracture group was 3.643 4 卤0.059 6, the blank control group 0.139 0 卤0.029 4, the fracture group 0.148 9 卤0.031 7. There was significant difference between the fracture nonunion group and the other two groups (P0.05), but there was no significant difference between the fracture group and the blank control group (P0.05). The high expression of P75NTR was found in the fracture nonunion group, the expression of P75NTR was lower in the fracture group and blank control group, the difference between the fracture nonunion group and the other two groups was statistically significant (P0.05); the expression of P75NTR in the fracture group and the blank control group had no statistical significance (P0.05). Conclusion the high expression of WP75NTR in the local tissues of fracture nonunion in rabbits is significantly higher than that in the fracture group and the blank control group. It may be an important factor in the formation of fracture nonunion.
